You can store a phone number in the DIRECT button. The stored number
is dialed with a one-touch operation.
To store a phone number in memory
1. Press I PROGRAM I when the TALK/BATT LOW indicator light is off.
o The indicator starts to flash.
2. Enter a phone number up to 16 digits.
o If you misdial, press (PROGRAM!, then restart from step 1.
3. Press [DIRECT! ■
o A confirmation tone sounds. (See page 12.)
To dial a stored number
1. Press I TALK I.
2. Press [DIRECT!.
° The stored number is dialed.
o To erase a stored number; Press I PROGRAM] <=> I DIRECT!
