    The wire that comes from an off air antenna or cable service provider. Each end looks like a hex shaped nut with a wire sticking through the middle, and it screws onto the threaded jack on the back of your TV.

    Locate the Ant In jack on the back of your S-VHS VCR. Connect the wire coming from your wall directly to this jack. Now locate the Out to TV jack. Connect a wire from the Out to TV jack to the Antenna/Cable jack on the back of your TV.

    Sleep Timer, programs a time for your Entertainment Machine to turn itself off after a certain amount of time. On/Off Timer, programs times for your TV to turn itself on and off. Channel Labels Labels your channels with their network names (ABC, CBS, HBO, etc.).

    Sleep Timer Display Press TIMER on the remote control to view the Sleep Timer Status Display. Press TIMER repeat- edly to set the amount of time before the TV automatically turns itself off. Remove On-Screen Displays and Menus Press QUIT to remove displays and return to TV viewing, or wait a few moments and the dis- plays will disappear from the screen.

    This interactive TV is a two-function appliance. TV functions are separate from Transcast functions. Pressing TV/Web switches operation between TV functions and Transcast functions. Even if the TV is turned off, Transcast remains active; so that it can receive updated information periodically.

    A device that picks up broadcast signals and turns them into picture and sound. A/V SOURCE Other equipment connected to the TV source inputs on the TV back connections panel; Video 1, Video 2, S-Video 1, or S-Video 2 etc.
