Problem
Temperature cannot be
set.
The temperature in the ap‐
pliance is too low/too high.

Solution
Switch off Extra Freeze
function or Extra Cool func‐
tion manually, or wait until
the function deactivates
automatically to set the
temperature. Refer to "Ex‐
tra Freeze function" or "Ex‐
tra Cool function" section.
Set a higher/lower temper‐
ature.
Refer to "Closing the door"
section.
Let the food products tem‐
perature decrease to room
temperature before stor‐
age.
Store less food products at
the same time.
Open the door only if nec‐
essary.
Refer to "Extra Freeze
function" section.
Refer to "Extra Cool func‐
tion" section.
Make sure that there is
cold air circulation in the
appliance. Refer to "Hints
and tips" chapter.
To exit the demonstration
mode, press and hold the
Extra Cool and ECO but‐
tons for approximately 10
seconds until you hear 3
short beeps.
Contact the nearest Au‐
thorised Service Centre.
The cooling system will
continue to keep food
products cold, but temper‐
ature adjustment will not
be possible.
