Cable-to-Cable Adapters
Do not splice cables; instead, use an adapter. You may use IBM
part 7362230, Amphenol part 82-5588, or an equivalent for twinaxial
cable.
This adapter and the attached cable connectors should be covered
with shrink or insulated tubing to prevent accidental grounding of
the connection.
The following illustrates the cable adapter for joining twinaxial
