Solution
Check to see how the microphone works using a different device.
Close and restart the application.
Powering down and rebooting the device will clear the cache and can sometimes help
with software performance.
In the event that the MoveMics, charge case, receiver or app become unresponsive, it
may be necessary to perform a factory reset to restore the item to factory settings.
MoveMic: Perform a factory reset by toggling the MoveMic button off. Then press the
power button quickly 2 times, press and hold for 10 seconds or longer on the third press
to reset. MoveMic will triple flash green and red during the reset.
Charge Case: The inside of the case has a pin hole reset.
Receiver: Factory Reset can be found near the bottom of the hardware receiver menu.
MOTIV app: Close and restart the application.
