To prevent damage to circuitry,
never short-circuit positive (4) and
negative (-) speaker wires.
Ш Speaker impedance
The impedance of any speaker used with this unit must be 8 Q.
Caution
Use these speakers only with the recommend-
ed system. Failure to do so may lead to dam-
age to the amplifier and/or the speaker, and
may result in the risk of fire. Consult a qualified
service person if damage has occurred or if
you experience a sudden change in perfor-
mance.
Connection of surround speakers

Sound will only come out when the SURROUND mode of the Dolby
Pro Logic System or SFC function is on.
If only one of the surround speakers is connected, no sound will
come out. Be sure to connect both speakers.

Sound will only come out when the LIVE or THEATER mode of the
