1.
Brake Adjustment (1)
Perform this adjustment
for both left and right
brakes.
After the adjustment,
apply
locking com-
pound to the adjusted screw.
— Playback mode —

Adjust. the brake adjusting plate for the
appropriate. brake stroke.

— Right side ~
{In stop.mode there should be
more than 1 mm (3/64) gap.)

cause bend: in this portion.:

the gap between the brake drum and the brake lining
should uniformly. be more than 0.5mm (142").
In playback mode:
(When.PM3 'solenoid
is energized,).
In playback mode (When PM3 solenoid is
energized,) the brake band should uniformly
contact the brake 'band: guide.
