Check [Set up]
• [HDMI Input 3] is connected to Audio System
• [S-Center Speaker in] is connected to Audio System
• [Audio System] is turn on
• [Audio source] with center speaker signal is playback from TV

Check [Settings]
• [Speakers] setting is [Audio System]?
• [TV Centre speaker mode] is on ?
• Factory Data Reset
