Problem
Oven will not work
remotely
My oven door glass appears
to be "tinted" or have a

Possible Cause
Router issues, no wireless signal, etc.
Your oven is not connected to your new router but is
still connected to your old router.
Oven is not connected.
Wi-Fi board is off.
Remote enable is off.
The inner oven glass is coated with a heat barrier to
reflect the heat back into the oven to prevent heat
loss and keep the outer door cool while baking.
The door is out of position.
The drawer is out of alignment
Drawer is over-loaded or load is unbalanced.
Power cord may be obstructing drawer in the lower
back of the range.
Rear drawer support is on top of the guide rail.
A fuse in your home may be blown or the circuit
breaker tripped.
Cooktop controls improperly set.
The unit is still on and hot.
The surface unit cycles on and off to maintain your
selected control setting.
Cookware with rough bottoms being used or coarse
particles (salt or sand) were between the cookware
and the surface of the cooktop. Cookware has been
slid across the cooktop surface.
Food spillovers not cleaned before next use.
Hot surface on a model with a light-colored cooktop.
Hot cooktop came into contact with plastic placed on
the hot cooktop.
Hot sugar mixture spilled on the cooktop.
What To Do
Check with your internet provider or your wireless router to
ensure there are no issues.
Disconnect your oven and reconnect to the new router.

hot. This is temporary and will disappear as the glass cools.
