Mount the ceramic insulator and the cork washer to
the chassis with the long insulator screw as shown, but
do not tighten the screw. Discard the two metal flat
washers.

Mount the large bracket to the chassis with 6-32 x
,/8" hardware.
(
Position the ceramic insulator and mount the small
bracket with the short insulator screw as shown.
Tighten both screws; do not overtighten them or they
may crack the ceramic insulator.
