For Safe Usage
Explanation
The cleaning brushes do not rotate when the
belt cleaning unit has been pulled out.
The belt cleaning unit does not move up when
the belt cleaning unit has been pulled out.
The heated pressure rollers do not move back
and forth when the rear cover is open.
The speed at which the belt rotates in the
forward direction is limited to 2 m/min (6.56 ft/
min) when the maintenance cover is open.
The speed at which the belt rotates in the
forward direction is limited to 2 m/min (6.56 ft/
min) when the belt cleaning unit has been pulled
out.
The speed at which the belt rotates in the
forward direction is limited to 2 m/min when the
rear cover is open.
The speed at which the belt rotates in the reverse
direction is limited to 2 m/min (6.56 ft/min).
However, this is not enabled when only the front
cover is open in glue maintenance removal and
application mode.
When an emergency stop button is pressed, the
print head, the cleaning brush, the belt, and the
back-and-forth movement of the heated
pressure rollers stop instantly.
When an emergency stop button is pressed, the
belt cleaning unit lowers instantly.
