INDIVIDUAL OPERATIONS
To record from tape deck 2 to tape deck 1 while adding equalizer compensation
Perform the following operations in numerical order. ———
(6) Set to recording mode.
Set amplifier's ADAPTOR/TAPE 2
switch to ON (or TAPE monitor
switch).

Left channel

In this illustration, the graphic

the
ADAPTOR/TAPE
2 jack, and the

tape deck 2 is connected to the
TAPE jack of the equalizer. The tape
INPUT
OUTPUT
deck 1 is connected to the TAPE 1
(REC)
LINE
(PLAY)
terminal of the pre-main amplifier.
With this setup, copy can be taped
from tape deck 2 to tape deck 1, but
make sure the function of the pre-
main amplifier is set to any position
except TAPE 1.
(4) Play back tape.
Adjust equalizer
controls.
Set equalizer
Set tape monitor
swtich to ON.
switch to ON.
