Battery check
The camera automatically checks
battery power when the operating
button is touched or
pressed.

Cold-weather operation
Since batteries tend to lose power
as temperature drops, always use
fresh batteries when photographing
in cold weather and keep a spare set
with you, preferably in a warm
pocket close to your body
