CD Function Keys
1 — 0/10 (numeric) keys:
(Operation of CD player)
Ita (TRACK SEARCH) key:
Returns to the beginning of the playing track.
m1 (TRACK SEARCH) key:
Advances to the next track.
DISC SEL key:
If the PGM key is pressed first, the keys
function as track number keys for a CD.
For direct
selection
of a track
or
programming of tracks.
MEMORY
key:
Memorizes a program.
CLEAR key:
Selects the DISC No. (1 to 6) for Multi-play
compact disc players.
PGM key:
Press to program the CD player.
"<4 (MANUAL SEARCH) key:
Selects fast backward.
{l (PAUSE) key:
Pauses playback.
Erases a memorized program.
CD + 10 key:
Use this key when selecting more than 10
tracks. This key adds to the track number each
time it is pressed.
Example: Track 21

Note on CD operation
The program input and direct music selection procedures differ
slightly from those of the remote control unit supplied with Pioneer
CD players.
Before pressing the first number keys press the
key. Pressing

key enables it to be used as the CD number key.
