Your RD-100 needs to be connected to a HiFi or keyboard amplifier in order to be audible. If your amplifier is mono, con-
nect the RD-100's L (Mono) output to the amplifier's input.
You can also use one or two pairs of headphones (Roland RH series), in which case you do not need an amplifier.

1. Connect the INPUT jacks of the HiFi or keyboard amplifier to the RD-100's OUTPUT jacks using a pair of audio cables,
+ If the amplifier is fitted with RCA/phono jacks, consider using a pair of Roland PJ-1M audio cables (option).
2. Lower the volume on the RD-100 and the device to be connected.
3. Switch off the RD-100 and the device to be connected.
4. Connect the RD-100 to the amplifier, active speakers, etc.
5. Switch on the RD-100 and the external device.
6. Adjust the volume of the RD-100 and the external device.
