Positioning
Apart from the need to position your
dishwasher close to an existinK water
supply and waste outlet — lonj? lains of
new piperwork can be expensive — you
can put it almost anywhere you please;
either on its own, or incoiporated into a
iim of ((Standards metric kitchen units. If
you choose the latter option, you will find
that the machine has a number of useful
features making it easier to blend in with
the units.
Firstly, the machine can be set hard
against walls and acijacent units — there is
no need to leave a gap all round, and the
dishwasher features fill and drain hoses
which can be turned to the right or left to
suit the installation (see fig. 1).
Secondly, the integi'al worktop may be
aebusted by up to 25 mm (1 inch), either
forwards or backwards, to align it with
any adjacent units' worktops. To do this,
simply remove the screws from the
brackets beneath the worktop's front Up
(sec fig. 2), make the desii-ed re-alignment.
