Limited warranty
KodakwarrantsKodakEasyShare d igital camerasand accessories ( excluding
batteries)to be free from malfunctionsand defectsin both materialsand
workmanshipfor one yearfrom the date of purchase.
Retainthe original datedsalesreceipt.Proofof the date of purchase will be required
with any requestfor warrantyrepair.
Limited warranty coverage
This limited warranty will be honored only in the geographical location
that Kodak digital cameras and accessorieswere purchased.
Kodakwill REPAIR or REPLACE KodakEasyShare d igital camerasand accessories if
they fail to function properlyduring the warrantyperiod, subjectto anyconditions
and/or limitationsstated herein.Suchrepairservicewill includeall labor as well as
any necessary adjustmentsand/orreplacementparts.Suchrepair or replacementis
the soleremedyunderthis warranty.
If replacementparts are usedin making repairs,these parts may be remanufactured,
or may contain remanufactured materials.If it is necessary t o replacethe entire
product,it maybe replacedwith a remanufactured product.
Limitations
Request f or Warrantyservicewill not be accepted without proof of dateof purchase,
suchas a copyof the original datedKodakEasyShare d igital cameraor accessory
salesreceipt.(Alwayskeepthe original for your records.)
Thiswarranty doesnot applyto the battery(s)usedin digital camerasor accessories.
Thiswarranty doesnot covercircumstances beyondKodak'scontrol,nor problems
causedbyfailure to follow the operatinginstructionsin the KodakEasyShare digital
camerasand accessories User'sGuides.
