Check that the power switch is set to I (On), the paper is in the printer, and the
Ready lamp is on.

Press and hold the ALT key, then press the Print key. You should see the
following at the bottom of the screen.

Key in the number 99. The bottom right symbol should now look like this.

Press the Clear key. The screen will be updated.
