If your TV doesn't have audio/video input jacks or a EURO 21-pin connector, you
should make an aerial connection and tune the VCR to your TV.
Connecting an aerial
1 Disconnect the aerial input lead from your TV and connect it to the socket marked
"AERIAL IN" on the rear of the VCR.

2 Connect the coaxial cable (supplied with the VCR) to the socket marked "AERIAL
OUT" on the rear of the VCR and plug it into the aerial input socket of your TV.

Tuning the VCR to your TV

1 Turn on the TV and select an unoccupied programme position.
2 Turnon the VCR.
3 Insert a pre-recorded cassette and play it back.
4 Adjust the TV so that the playback picture will clearly appear on the screen.
5 If the playback picture is not free of disturbance, use the supplied plastic adjuster to
adjust the RF CHANNEL control to a channel which is not active in your area.
Now that the VCR has been tuned to your TV, you may use the VCR.
From now on, whenever you play back a cassette, you should select the programme
position which you have selected in step 1.
This programme position is called "programme position for the VCR".
