An administration fee may be charged in the following situations:
(a) An engineer is called out at your request, but there will be no defect with the product

(b) You bring the unit to a repair centre, but there will be no defect identified the product

You will be informed of the administration fee amount before a technician visits.
Warning: Screens can be damaged from
direct pressure when handled incorrectly. We
recommend lifting the TV at the edges, as shown.
Safety Instructions for S9W Series Models
- Be sure to lift or move the product with 4 people, or contact the installer when moving or
reinstalling.
- Do not place heavy materials on the upper side of the stand.
- Do not press the upper side of the stand with excessive power.
- Do not put your fingers or materials into the gap on the upper side of the stand.
