Troubleshooting
1 The player will not power on.
- Check to see if the battery is properly charged.
- Check it again after charging the S7 with included USB adapter.
- Insert a thin and pointed object (such as a straightened paper clip)
into the reset hole to reset the device.
2 Noise and distortion during playback
-Check to see if the earphones plug is dirty.
- Check to see if the music file is corrupted.
3 Poor radio reception
-Check to see if the earphones are connected to the S7.
- The earphones cord functions as an antenna.
- Adjust the position of the player and earphones.
- Turn off any nearby electronic equipment to avoid potential interference.
4 No sound during playback
-Click the [Up] button to increase sound volume.
5 Failed download
-Check to see if the mini USB adapter is firmly connected.
