All discs (7 ~ 100) can be divided into 3 CUSTOM
modes as your
preference.
Discs can be selected and stored in momory by music
type or artists, etc
Example: enter disc No, 3 and No. 12 into CUSTOM It
1 In the stop mode, press the MODE button so that the
CUSTOM
II indicator lights.
if some disc number appears, press CLEAR on the front panel or
C (PD-F10GE only) on the remote control unit.
2 Select disc No. 3 with the digit button on the remote
control unit.
@ When the disc is selected with the DISC -/+ buttons, the disc
number is entered automatically in about 2 seconds,

If the selected disc is not inserted in the Rack, *** - no*
appears on the display.
3 Press the DISC SET button on the remote control unit.
The indicators of CUSTOM II and disc number blink ance.
4 To enter disc No. 12, repeat steps 2 and 3,
Up to 100 discs can be entered into one CUSTOM.
Discs can be added even after the entry is completed.
5 Press » or RANDOM.
Playback starts from the lowest disc number in the CUSTOM.

is pressed, the random playback starts with the
selected discs.
To check the entered disc number;
in stop mode, press TIME so that the TOTAL indicator lights and then
press DISC +. Each time the buttonis pressed, entered disc numbers
appear on the display. When ail discs in one CUSTOM are checked,
® appears on the display.
To clear all discs of each CUSTOM:
Press MODE to display the number of the CUSTOM you want to
erase and press CLEAR.
CLEAR
NOTE:
Re-CUSTOM programming cannot be modified. Also, canceling of
one disc ina CUSTOM cannot be carried out.

Even when the power is turned off, discs stored ina CUSTOM
cannot be cleared.

When the selected disc is not in the player, '*** - no' is displayed
for about 3 seconds.
The selected disc is erased from the
memory, and the next disc is searched for.
e@ During CUSTOM playback, the DISC~/+ button only move between
discs within that custom.

During CUSTOM playback, when the disc other than the stored
disk into CUSTOM is selected with the digit buttons and DISK SET,
"***-no " is displayed for about 3 seconds, and the CUSTOM
indicator blinks.
® You cannot change the discs stored ina CUSTOM.

removing just one disc from a CUSTOM.
