Ready·Llght Indication In the Viewfinder
When the Nikon FA, is used with Nikon Speedlights SB-15,
SB-16B, SB-18, SB-19, etc., the FA's ready-light LED in the view-
finder lights up when the flash is recyc led. This way, you're easily
informed of flash readiness without having to take your eye
away from the viewfinder. Depending on which Nikon flash unit
is attached, the same I.ED blinks to warn of insufficient flash
output , incorrect setting· of the flash unit or incorrect setting of
the FA. The more detailed information , refer to the flash unit's
instruction manual.
