Locating the model number

Look on the bottom of the Philips Sonicare toothbrush handle for the
model number (HX68xx).
Recycling
- Do not throw away the product with the normal household waste
at the end of its life, but hand it in at an official collection point for
recycling. By doing this, you help to preserve the environment.
- This product contains a built-in rechargeable battery which shall
not be disposed of with normal household waste. Please take your
product to an official collection point or a Philips service center to
have a professional remove the rechargeable battery.
Possible Cause
The Easy-start
function is activated,
the intensity level
has been lowered or
the brush head
needs to be
replaced.
The missing parts
are not included
with the model you
purchased.

Solution
Turn off the Easy-start
function and/or raise
the intensity level. If
this does not resolve
the problem, replace
the brush head. We
recommend you to
replace your Philips
Sonicare brush head
after 3 months of use
(based on brushing
twice a day for 2
minutes each session).
The accessories and
the number of brush
head attachments are
dependent on the
model number you
have purchased. You
can find the HX model
number at the bottom
of your handle to
identify what comes
with your handle.
