• Services during the warranty period as per conditions mentioned above within municipal limits of
the town/city where our service center is available will be provided free and for services outside the
municipal limits will attract travelling and transportation charges as applicable.
• In case of any dispute or claims settlement arising out of current warranty will be subject to jurisdiction
of court in Mumbai only.
• The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for its authorized agents or distributors. No credit
or other reimbursement shall be issued for any repair performed by third parties, including distributors
and service centers, other than as specifically authorized by the Company in writing.
• The Company reserves the right to amend and change the Terms and Conditions of the warranty
anytime.
• Warranty conditions for additional warranty on Magnetron: Additional warranty is only on Magnetron,
and will be replaced free of cost if found faulty or defective due to manufacturing defects. Other
charges like visit charges, transportation or labour charges need to be paid by customer.
