Product Description
The 16194A is used to measure both axial/radial leaded devices and surface mount devices
within the temperature range of 55
Applicable Instruments
The 16194A has been designed speci cally for the measurements within the temperature range
of 55
C to +200
C using the 4291B with High Temperature Test Head(Option013/014).
The 16194A is also compatible with the following instruments in normal temperature
measurements. The operating temperature depends on the speci cation of each instrument.
