• Rest the boring template (1) supplied with the hood against the
bottom of the overhead unit (the printed arrow indicates the side of
the template that has to coincide with the rear edge of the overhead
unit).
• Drill the holes required to fix the hood (2) and an additional hole in
the top and bottom of the unit (3) through which to pass the outlet
pipe and the electrical cable.
• The exhaust pipe (4) must be connected to the outside if the hood is
to be used in extractor mode, whereas it must be cut in
correspondence with the top of the overhead unit if the hood is to be
used in filtering mode.
• Connect the exhaust pipe to the hood connector ring (5) (The
connector ring must be mouted on the hood outlet hole – snap-on
connection fastened (6) with a screw).
Provide for electrical connection (7).
• From the inside of the unit, insert the 4 screws required to fix the
hood, and lock them firmly (8).
• Adjust opening of the drawer:
Remove the grease filters (9).
Loosen the screws and move the brackets regulating the drawer stop
forwards or backwards (10), so that when the drawer is closed it is
level with the outside edge of the adjacent overhead units.
Lock the bracket screws and replace the grease filters.
