voltage ("CE101,CE102,CE103" ) is normal in oper
Normal range(280Vdc~320Vdc)
sensing voltage("R101") is normal in operation mode?
Normal range (0.2Vdc~4.8Vdc)
Is the reactor insulation damaged?
