LIMITEDWARRANTYON CRAFTSMANRIDINGEQUIPMENT
Fortwo (2) years from the date of purchase,if this CraftsmanRidingEquipmentis
maintained,lubricatedand tuned up accordingto the instructionsin the owner'smanual,
Sears will repair or replacefree of charge any parts that are foundto be defectivein
materialor workmanshipaccordingto the guidelinesof coveragelisted below.Sears will
also providefree labor for these applicablewarrantedparts for the two full years.During
the first 30 daysof purchase,there will be no charges to service the productat your
homefor issuescovered by this warranty.(See exclusionsbelow). Foryour conve-
nience, IN HOMEwarrantyservicewill still be availableafter the first 30 days of pur-
chase, but a trip charge will apply.This charge will be waived if the Craftsmanproductis
droppedoff at an authorizedSears location.For the nearestauthorizedSears location,
pleasecall 1-800-4-MY-HOME®.This warrantyappliesonly while this productis within
the United States.
This Warrantydoes not cover:
• Expendableitems which becomeworn during normal use, including but not limited to
blades,spark plugs,air cleaners,belts, and oil filters.
• Standard MaintenanceServicing,oil changes, or tune-ups.
• Tire replacementor repair caused by puncturesfrom outside objects,such as nails,
thorns, stumps,or glass.
• Repairs necessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbut not limited to, damage
caused by towing objects beyondthe capabilityof the riding equipment,impacting
objectsthat bend the frame or crankshaft,or over-speedingthe engine.
• Repairs necessarybecauseof operator negligence,includingbut not limitedto, elec-
trical and mechanicaldamagecaused by improperstorage,failureto use the proper
grade and amountof engineoil, failure to keepthe deck clear of flammabledebris,
or failure to maintainthe equipmentaccordingto the instructionscontainedin the
owner'smanual.
• Engine (fuel system)cleaning or repairs caused by fuel determinedto be contami-
natedor oxidized(stale). In general,fuel should be usedwithin 30 days of its pur-
chasedate.
• Normal deteriorationand wear of the exteriorfinishes,or product label replacement.
• Ridingequipmentusedfor commercialor rentalpurposes.
LIMITEDWARRANTYON BATTERY
For ninety(90) days from date of purchase,if any battery includedwith this riding equip-
ment provesdefectivein material or workmanshipand our testing determinesthe battery
will not hold a charge, Searswill replacethe batteryat no charge. Duringthe first 30
days of purchase,there will be no chargesto replace the battery at your HOME. After
the first 30 days, for your convenience,IN-HOMEwarrantyservicewill still be avail-
able but a trip charge will apply. This charge will be waived if the Craftsmanproduct is
droppedoff at an authorizedSears location.For the nearestauthorizedSears location,
pleasecall 1-800-4-MY-HOME®.
This batterywarrantyappliesonly while this productis within the United States.
