PIP (Picture In Picture) (Continued)
L To Move the Inset Picture.
Press MOVE .
(Press the button again to move the Inset Picture to another
position.)
L Freeze-Frame Inset Pictures
• When the Inset Picture is on the screen, press FREEZE to freeze
the Inset Picture.
Only when the Main Picture is on the screen, press FREEZE to
inset a freeze-frame of the Main Picture.
• Press FREEZE again to remove the Inset Picture.
NOTE:
• When the Main Picture's signal is black and white or the signal is lost, the Inset Picture may
change to black and white. In this case, the Inset Picture may appear with a bit of vertical
jagged lines depending on the type of receiving signal.
L How PIP behaves when V-CHIP BLOCK has been activated.
PIP is ON and Main Picture is blocked.
When the Main Picture is blocked, Main Picture
will change to blue screen and message "V-
CHIP Has Been Activated" will be displayed.
Main Picture Channel No. displays but Insert
Picture will be OFF.
This message will remain on-screen until V-
CHIP BLOCK is temporarily canceled or you
change the Main Picture to a TV program that
is not blocked.
PIP is ON and Insert Picture is blocked.
When the Insert Picture is blocked, Insert Picture
will change to a blue screen.
Main Picture is viewable but a message "V-CHIP
Has Been Activated" will be displayed in the
Main Picture.
This message will remain on-screen until V-
CHIP BLOCK is temporarily canceled or you
change the Insert Picture to a TV program that
is not blocked.
NOTE:
• Please refer to page 20 on how to temporarily cancel V-CHIP BLOCK.
