Transferring files using the USB cable

When you connect your phone to a PC using the USB cable,
you can view the phone's Memory Stick as a drive on the PC.
Your phone has to be turned on.
Note: When using USB, make sure you only use the USB cable
that comes with the phone.
You can use the drag-and-drop functionality in your PC to:
• Transfer files from the phone to the PC.
• Transfer files from the PC to the phone.
• Move and organize files on the Memory Stick Duo.
• Delete files from the Memory Stick Duo.
Note: Your PC needs to have one of the following operating
systems to be able use this feature: Windows® 2000,
Windows ME, Windows XP and Mac OS X.

Settings
You can use settings to personalize your phone by changing
the appearance of the screen and changing the ringtone.
You can also use settings to protect your phone from
unauthorized use. Use the SIM card or phone lock features.

Setup wizard

You can use the setup wizard to help you get started with the
basic settings in your phone. If you do not want help the first
time you turn on your phone, you can choose to use the wizard
later. You can also select to start the wizard from the menu
system at any time. The wizard gives you tips on how to use
the keypad and guides you through some basic settings.
To start the setup wizard from the menu system
1. } Settings } the General tab } Setup wizard.
2. Select language for your phone.
3. To use the wizard } Yes and follow the instructions
that appear to complete the setup.
