1. Disable the built-in battery. See "Disabling the built-in battery" on page 103.
2. Turn off the computer; then disconnect the ac power adapter and all cables from the computer. Wait
several minutes to let the computer cool.
3. Close the computer display and turn it over.
4. Loosen the screws
5. Open the latches on both sides of the memory slot at the same time
module 2 .
6. Place the contact edge of the new memory module toward the contact edge side of the memory slot.
