Problem Diagnosis
Standard
• Occurs when motor is
locked
• Thermistor has a bad
connection or failed
• The washer experienced a
power failure
• When drain valve is not
working
• When water is overflowed
Estimated Cause of
Abnormal Condition
1. When foreign object such as
coin, pin, or clip entered the
washing plate
• Check the connections at the
Thermistor and at the WHITE
3-pin connector at the main
board
• Test thermistor to determine it is
not detective
• When occurred a power failure.
• When the power cord is fallen
off suddenly.
• Connection part contact defect
• Check the valves to be sure
there is no input leakage. Then
check the drain hose and make
sure the drain pipe is between
0.9 ~ 1.2 m (36 and 48 inches)
above the floor.
• Check for blockages and leaks
in the air hose between the tub
and the pressure switch.
• Check and repair any air
leakages at the air hose
connector on the outer tub and
at any connecting parts.

Action
• Remove the coin or foreign
object stuck between the
washer vane with pliers,
etc.
• Reseat the connector.
• Replace the thermistor if
necessary.
• Restart the cycle.
• Reconnect the power cord.
• Check the connection part
reconnection defect and
correct.
• Replace the new drain
valve.
• Install the drain hose
between 0.9 ~ 1.2 m (36
and 48 inches) above the
floor.
• Replace pressure sensor
switch
• Remove the foreign
objects in pressure sensor
switch air hose.
