INSTALLATION AND OPERATION OF

The manufacturer suggests that you thoroughly read
this entire manual and carefully follow all of the
instructions provided.
Your Vulcan Hot Dog Grill is produced with quality
workmanship and material. It has been designed for
countertop operation. Models HD12C&S have 5 rollers
in one group. Models HD27C&S, HDM18C&S,
HD42C&S, and HD45C&S have 10 rollers in two
independently controlled groups for maximum flexibility
under any conditions. Models HD75C&S
INSTALLATION
UNCRATING
This hot dog grill was inspected before leaving the
factory. The transportation company assumes full
responsibility for safe delivery upon acceptance of the
shipment. Immediately after unpacking, check for
possible shipping damage. If the grill is found to be
damaged after unpacking, save the packaging material
and contact the carrier within 15 days of delivery.
CAUTION: Remove all shipping material from
between the rollers and the grease pan.
LOCATION
THE UNIT SHOULD NOT BE ACCESSIBLE TO THE
CUSTOMER.
Position the hot dog grill on a flat horizontal surface at
the desired location.
ASSEMBLY OF OPTIONAL SNEEZE GUARD
If you have purchased the optional sneeze guard,
assemble the guard to the grill as shown in Fig. 1.
have 16 rollers in two groups. Each group has a choice
of low, medium, and high temperature settings.
A sneeze guard is available as an option on Models
HD27C&S, HD45C&S, and HD75C&S.
Proper installation, usage and maintenance of your hot
dog grill will result in many years of satisfactory
performance.
