10.1

Safety

Troubleshooting must not be carried out on the e-tron system trainer. In the event of a
fault, please contact the service department.

Location and marking of fuses

Fuses should only be replaced by qualified personnel. The fuse rating is F1A/250V and is
located on the IEC connector 24R.

Disconnect the product from the operating voltage prior to changing the fuse

Replace the defective fuse only with a new fuse of the same rating

Never bypass a defective fuse since there is a risk of fire and a life-threatening electric
shock

If the fuse trips again after a fuse was replaced, disconnect all poles of the product
from the operating voltage and then have it checked by a specialist

Fault condition detection

- When the mains switch is switched on, there is no 70 V DC voltage between HV+ and HV-
- When the mains switch is switched off, a 70 V DC voltage is present between HV+ and HV-
