closer to a window.
Go to Settings > Call Settings >
Call Barring, and then select
Cancel All.
Go to Settings > Call Settings >
Call Barring, and then select
Cancel All.
Go to Settings > Call Settings >
Fixed Dialling No. and select Off
to turn this feature off.
Contact your network operator.
If the network operator provides
the SIM card's PUK code, use the
PUK code to unlock the SIM
card.
Contact the dealer.
Adjust the battery charging
environment to avoid extremes
of temperature.
Check all the connectors to make
sure all connections have been
properly made.
