INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE HANDLING
1. Make sure that the tool is only connected to the voltage
marked on the name plate.
2. Never use the tool if its cover or any bolts are missing. If
the cover or bolts have been removed, replace them
prior to use.
Maintain all parts in good working order.
3. Always secure the tool when working in elevated
positions.
4. ACCESSORIES: The use of accessories or attachments
other than those recommended in this manual might
present a hazard.
5. REPLACEMENT PARTS: When servicing use only
identical replacement parts.
CORDLESS WORK LIGHT SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS
1. Be aware that since this tool does not have to be plugged
into an electrical outlet, it is always in operating condition.
2. First, charge the battery.
3. Be sure the battery holder is securely snapped in place.
4. This is not a toy; children should not be permitted to use
it.
5. When operating at high places, be aware of things below
you.
6. This is a DIY product, all electronic parts are already
preassembled. Any intention to open or change the work
light design is prohibited unless performed by a
professional electrician.
7. Do not attempt to replace or change the diode lights.
8. In the unlikely event the protective glass is cracked or
broken, it must immediately be replaced before the work
light may be used again. Only replace the protective
glass with an original one by authorized service center.
DISPOSAL OF THE EXHAUSTED BATTERY
Li-ion batteries must be recycled.
Take the battery to the shop from which it was purchased as
soon as the post-charging battery life becomes too short for
practical use.
Do not discard the exhausted battery.

ATTACHING THE WORK LIGHT TO THE STAND
(Fig. 1)
1. Place the stand (1) on a flat surface.
2. Use the locking knob for stand (2), flat washer and spring
washer to secure the bracket on the bottom of the stand.
3. Turn the bracket to a suitable direction and tighten the
locking knob for stand firmly.
ADJUSTING THE WORK LIGHT DIRECTION
(Fig. 2)
The work light head can be tilted vertically up to 30° down
or 90° up.
To adjust the direction of the light beam, loosen the side
locking knobs (4) on either side of the work light. Adjust the
work light head (3) to the desired position, and retighten both
knobs.
INSTALLING AND REMOVING BATTERY PACK
(Fig. 3)
To install battery pack (5), set the On/Off switch (6) in "O"
position. Align the body with the groove in the battery pack
and push in the direction of the arrow until the battery pack is
secured on the tool.
To remove the battery pack from the tool, push the battery clip
(7) on and remove the battery pack in the direction of the
arrow.
Always remove battery pack from your tool when you are
assembling parts, making adjustments, cleaning, or when not
in use. Removing battery pack will prevent accidental starting
that could cause serious personal injury.
SWITCH (Fig. 4)
This tool is equipped with an On/Off switch (6) with 3 positions
( I, II & O) located on the back side of the tool. The work light
provides two levels of brightness. When the On/Off switch is
set in position "I" the work light provides 900lm(Lumen), when
set in position "II" it provides 1800lm(Lumen).
In position "O", it's switched off.
WARNING!
・Do not stare directly at the light beam.
・Never aim the beam at any person or an object other than
the work piece.
・Do not deliberately aim the beam at personnel and ensure
that it is not directed towards the eye of a person for longer
than 0.25s.
