OPERATING NOTES

This equipment should be placed on flat surface. The incline or decline of surface should
be limited to 3% or less for best performance and safety.
FOLDING THE BENCH
1. To fold up the Bench. Grab the handle on Front Post, lift the Front Post and move the bench
toward to Upright Frame until the bench is completely folded up and vertically stands still firmly.
2. To fold down the Bench. Grab the handle on Front Post and pull down the bench to floor.
CAUTION: To avoid possible injury, keep fingers, toes, and body part away from the area of
Sheer and Pinch Point when folding the Bench. Keep Children and pets away from this
equipment all times.
