ASSEMBLY

CASTER/CASTER FOOT ASSEMBLY (Fig. 2)
NOTE: Remove Powerhead Assembly from Dust Drum
prior to assembly of Casters and Caster Feet.
1. Place Caster Foot (G) upside down on the floor.
2. Place the Caster (H) into the Caster Foot (G): Insert the
Caster Stem into Caster Foot Socket.
3. Push on the Caster until the Caster Ball end snaps fully
into the Caster Foot Socket and the Caster swivels
freely. Repeat for other Three Casters and Caster Feet.
4. Turn Dust Drum (B) upside down on floor.
5. Place Caster Foot with Caster over Drum Post and press
firmly in place. Repeat for the other Three Caster/Caster
Foot Assemblies (H & G).
6. Four Screws are available for assembly of the Caster
Feet into the Drum. Locate Four #10 x 3/4" Pan Head
Screws (E) in loose parts bag. Insert a Screw through
the Caster Foot Hole and into the Dust Drum (B).
Tighten securely. Repeat for remaining caster/caster
foot assemblies.
7. Turn the Dust Drum (B) upright.

WET/DRY VAC ASSEMBLY (Fig. 3)
1. To Attach the Powerhead Assembly to Dust Drum:
Place Powerhead Assembly (A) on top of Dust Drum
(B) with the Extended Lip of the Lid aligned with the
Drum Vac Inlet. Be sure Powerhead Assembly is fully
seated on the Dust Drum.
2. Press in on the Two Latches, located on either side of
the Dust Drum (B) until they snap into place, securing
the Powerhead Assembly to the Dust Drum.
3. To Remove the Powerhead Assembly: Pull out on the
Two Latches and lift Powerhead Assembly (A) from the
Dust Drum (B). Do not force the Latches to rotate more
than slightly outside Drum flange.
