Backup and reset
3. Under Personal data backup history, tap the date or folder name you want to restore from.
4. Choose the types of data and media you want to copy from your storage card, and then tap
Restore.
5. Under Apps backup, tap Application, choose the apps that you want, and then tap Restore.
Reset
Restarting HTC Desire 626 dual sim (Soft reset)

performing properly, try rebooting and see if that helps solve the problem.
1. If the display is off, press the POWER button to turn it back on.
2. Press and hold the POWER button, and then tap Reboot.
