For details, see “SETTING THE TIMER”. - Page 7 • The remote control unit sends the temperature signal to the air conditioner regularly at five minute intervals. If the signal from the remote control unit stops for more than 15 minutes due to the loss of the remote control unit or other trouble, the air conditioner will switch to the temperature sensor which is built into the indoor unit and control the room temperature.

If you have lost the remote control unit or it has trouble, follow the steps below. When the air conditioner is not running Each time the OPERATION button is pressed, the type of operation conducted is indicated by the changing color of the OPERATION lamp. - Page 15 Air filter The air filter collects dust and other particles from the air and should be cleaned once every 6 months. If the filter gets blocked, the efficiency of the air conditioner drops greatly. NOTE The frequency with which the filter should be cleaned depends on the environment in which the unit is used.
