Inserting your nano SIM and microSD cards
IMPORTANT:
Use a standard nano SIM only.
Don't cut a micro SIM or regular SIM card and insert it into the
nano SIM slot. It's thicker than the standard nano SIM card and
may get stuck in the slot.
The back cover and battery are not removable.
Don't pry the back cover open or remove the battery by force.
This will invalidate the warranty.

1. Make sure your phone is off
and is facing down. Open the

slot cover with your thumb
or finger.
2. The two upper slots are
nano SIM slots with trays.
To remove the tray from
each slot, insert your
fingernail in the small
groove in the tray and then
pull the tray out.

Note: Don't throw the trays
away.
3. Place your nano SIM cards
into the trays with the gold
3
contacts facing up and the
cut-off corner facing out.
Note: You can insert a 4G
LTE or 3G nano SIM card in
either slot. When you have
two cards inserted, only
one card can connect to the
4G/3G network. The other
card will connect to the
2G network only. To find
out how to set which card
connects to 4G/3G, see the
user guide.
