This will take you to the following menu:
In this option, you need to enter the current PIN code at the first cursor, and at the
second cursor enter the desired PIN code.
To confirm, you need to enter the new PIN code again.
Please remember the PIN code that should be a 4-digit numerical value.
THE FACTORY PRESET PIN CODE: 0 0 0 0.

1. Press MENU Key on the RCU.
2. Select "Preferences".
3. Select "System Information".
4. Press "0000" (A pop-up message appears that shows the password)

Receiver Lock

If you select "Locked", you will have to enter the PIN code every time you start the
receiver from standby.
Press / keys to set the receiver lock.

5. TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Possible cause
The display LED at the front Power cord is not plugged or
panel is not illuminated. inserted properly.
No power supply.
No video/picture at the Receiver is in Standby mode;
TV screen
RCA is not connected tightly
to receiver RCA connector.
Incorrect channel or video
input selected at the television input and vary accordingly.
No sound RCA cable is not connected
properly to receiver connector.
Volume level is set to minimum. Increase Volume level in both TV and receiver
Mute function is activated.
The Remote Control Incorrect remote control handing Point the remote control towards the Receiver
is not functioning.
Batteries are discharged or
inserted incorrectly

On-Screen Error Message Antenna cable is not tightly

"LNB POWER" is set to "Off"
in LNB setting menu.

Solution to the problem
Check and plug the power cord properly.
Set the receiver to power "On".
Check RCA cable connection
and connect it properly.
Check the selected channel and video
Check connection and correct it accordingly.
Press the MUTE key
Replace the batteries or insert them
properly.
Check the signal strength in the "Auto Scan"
menu and align the dish properly.
Check the cable and tightened its
connection
Change the LNB.
Align the satellite antenna properly and
Check the signal strength in
the "Auto Scan" menu
Select "Auto Scanning" or "Manual
Scanning" menu and do the scanning.
