  • Page 44: Transporting The Articulator

Danger The Model 721XR/521XR/721XRT Articulator uses hydraulics to lower the rear wheels, lift the decks, and fold up the two outside decks(721XR/721XRT only), allowing easy transportation. This feature has many other benefits, including remote operation, access across narrow bridges, through gates, or doorways, and reduction of required storage space.

Lower the decks until the hydraulic cylinders are fully extended on the wing decks (721XR/721XRT) and retracted on the main frame. The cylinders on the outside two decks should be com- pletely extended and centered in the slots on the front decks (decks 1 and 3) to allow for proper deck flotation(721XR/721XRT only).
