Pedometer

In Menu mode, select

Enter your height and weight and press <

Press the Confirm key.
The pedometer will count your steps.

To stop the pedometer, press the Confirm key.

Stopwatch

Start> to begin the stopwatch.

Press the Confirm key to record lap times.

Reset> to clear recorded times.

While recording the lap times, the interval between
lap times is recorded. To check the interval, select
Lap.

Set the length of time to count down.
