Stickers in the sales package

The stickers contain important information for service and customer support
purposes. Keep these stickers in a safe place.
Attach the
sticker to Your details page of this owner's guide.

Access codes

• Security code: This code, supplied with the phone, protects your phone against
unauthorised use. The preset code is 12345.

• PIN code: This code, supplied with the SIM card, can protect the card against
unauthorised use. Please note, some phones are provided with PIN code
disabled.
Set on the
PIN code request
the code is requested each time the phone is switched on.
If you enter the PIN code incorrectly three times in succession, the SIM card is
blocked. You need to enter the PUK code to unblock the SIM card and set a new
PIN code.
• PIN2 code: This code is supplied with some SIM cards and is required to access
certain services, such as charging unit counters.
If you enter the PIN2 code incorrectly three times in succession,

discarded and you will not be able to use the services that require the PIN2
code.
