Issue
Aiming Dot is not working
Aiming Dot is working but
is not reading the bar
code.
Unable to hear the beep
or is too low

Possible Cause
Scanner has no power.
Incorrect cable used.
Scanner is disabled.
Bar code is unreadable.
Aiming dot not centered
on the bar code.
Volume is turned down.

Possible Solution
Make sure cable is
connected to POS and to
the Scanner.
Make sure that the correct
cable is being used.
Check the configuration
on the POS.
Try another bar code of
the same product.
Center the aiming dot on
the bar code.
Use the Volume
Adjustment section to
increase the beep volume.
