Channel Coarse Tuning

RPN null
RPN and NRPN will be set as "unspecified".
Once this setting has been made, subsequent
Data Entry messages will be ignored. (It is not
necessary to transmit Data Entry for RPN Null
settings.) Parameter values that were previously
set will not change.
