Getting started
Formatting the SD card
An SD card formatted on a computer may not be compatible with the device. Format the SD
card on the device.
Open Settings and tap Battery and device care → Storage.

Swipe to the left to view the SD card page.

Tap → Format.

Before formatting the SD card, remember to make backup copies of all important data
stored in the SD card. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover loss of data resulting
from user actions.
Protective case
Installing the protective case
Insert the upper part of the device into the case, and then press the edges of the bottom part
one by one using both hands to firmly install it.
