Safety precautions
The items described on the inverter, the flange mounting kit and their instruction manuals are very important so that you can
use safely the inverter and flange mounting kit, prevent injury to yourself and other people around you as well as to prevent
damage to properly in the area.
Read the instruction manual (E6582062) attached to the inverter to understand the safety precautions, thoroughly
familiarize yourself with the symbols and the indications completely and then continue to read the manual. Make sure that
you observe all warnings given.
■ Limits in purpose
• Never use this flange mounting kit with any device other than applicable VF-AS3 series inverters below.
- VFAS3-4900PC, VFAS3-4110KPC, VFAS3-4132KPC
- VFAS3-2450P, VFAS3-2550P
(including above type-form followed by any characters)
Prohibited
also applicable with braking unit option PB7-4132K
Use with inapplicable device will result in accident.
■ Transportation, installation and handling in general
• Do not install the inverter with this kit in any place with large vibration.
The unit will fall due to the vibration, resulting in injury.
• Do not touch the edge of the parts when installing this kit.
Prohibited
Touch the sharp edge of the parts will result in injury.
• Carry this kit by two people or more.
If you carry it alone, this will result in injury.
• Transport the inverter with this kit by a crane.
If you transport a heavy load by hand, this will result in injury.
Mandatory
action Please take the utmost care for the operator's safety, and please handle the inverter carefully in order
not to damage the product.
